Do I need to prepare anything before our first session?
No. We'll guide you through what's useful to bring once we understand your situation. Most owners arrive with a few questions in mind and some basic financial records — that's more than enough to get started.
How is Wawasan different from a standard accounting firm?
Accountants manage compliance and filing. We focus on the decisions behind the numbers — pricing, structure, growth planning and owner clarity. We work alongside your accountant rather than replacing them.
What size of business do you typically work with?
Small businesses with between 1 and 30 staff, typically owner-operated or owner-managed. Sole traders, partnerships and private limited companies all fit our approach. If you're unsure whether we're the right fit, a short call will tell us both quickly.
Can I start with the Foundations Review and move to something longer later?
Yes, and this is actually how many owners prefer to work with us. The Foundations Review gives both sides a chance to see how we work together before committing to a longer engagement.
What does the pricing cover — are there hidden costs?
The price listed for each service covers all sessions, written outputs and follow-up communication included in that package. There are no additional charges within the scope of the service you've agreed to.
Do sessions take place in person or online?
We prefer in-person sessions at our Kuala Lumpur office when possible, as conversations tend to go deeper. Video calls are available for owners based outside the Klang Valley or who prefer the flexibility.
